This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and applicable subsidiary legislation.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a programme, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our services or provide personal data.

1. Who we are

AI Earning Rush Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202928475K. Our principal place of business is 111 Middle Road, #06-03 National Design Centre, Singapore 188971. We can be reached at [email protected] or +65 6814 5192 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Singapore Time).

We are the organisation responsible for personal data under our control. Where we engage data intermediaries or service providers to process data on our behalf, we require contractual safeguards consistent with PDPA obligations, including purpose limitation and reasonable security arrangements.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data collected through aiearningrush.pro, our contact and enrolment forms, email and telephone communications, in-person training at our National Design Centre studio, and online cohort platforms used for programme delivery. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any external site you visit.

This policy covers visitors, prospective students, enrolled participants, corporate clients, and individuals who subscribe to communications from us. It does not cover anonymised or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify an individual.

3. Personal data we collect

We collect only personal data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Categories of personal data may include:

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, employer or business name, and job title.
  • Enrolment and transaction data: programme selections, payment records, invoices, tax documentation where required, and correspondence related to bookings.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URLs, session duration, and cookie preferences stored locally in your browser.
  • Communications: messages you send via contact forms, email, or phone, including subject selections such as earning programme enquiry or corporate training requests.
  • Training records: attendance, assignment submissions, facilitator feedback, and certificate issuance records.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as national identification numbers, financial account credentials, or health information unless required by law or explicitly provided by you for a documented purpose. Please do not submit confidential client data or trade secrets through general contact forms.

4. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete forms on our website, register for programmes, attend sessions, or communicate with our team. We may also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not purchase personal data lists for marketing purposes. If you refer a colleague, please ensure you have their permission before sharing their contact details with us.

5. Purposes for collection, use and disclosure

We use personal data for legitimate business purposes including:

  • Responding to enquiries about programmes, services, and cohort availability.
  • Processing enrolments, contracts, and payments for training services.
  • Delivering programmes, workshops, and advisory engagements.
  • Issuing certificates and maintaining training records.
  • Improving our website, curriculum, and learner experience through aggregated analytics where consent permits.
  • Sending administrative notices about schedule changes, policy updates, or service-related matters.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations in Singapore.
  • Protecting our rights, preventing fraud, and maintaining website security.

We will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with those described above without obtaining consent where required under the PDPA.

6. Consent and withdrawal

Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent or other permitted legal bases for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. Express consent is obtained when you check the PDPA consent box on our contact form or sign enrolment agreements. You may withdraw consent for optional processing such as marketing emails at any time by contacting us.

Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide certain services. We will inform you of the likely consequences before processing your withdrawal request. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality and optional analytics cookies subject to your banner preference. Cookie choices are stored in your browser local storage for six months. See our Cookie Policy for full details on categories, retention, and how to change preferences.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers: payment processors, email delivery services, learning management platforms, cloud hosting providers, and analytics vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, or auditors when necessary for compliance or dispute resolution.
  • Authorities: government bodies when required by law, court order, or to protect safety and legal rights.
  • Corporate clients: where you enrol through an employer-sponsored programme, limited attendance and completion data may be shared with your organisation's designated administrator.

Third-party processors are permitted to use data only to perform services on our behalf. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we implement appropriate safeguards as required under the PDPA.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, meet legal retention requirements, and resolve disputes. Enrolment records and certificates are typically retained for seven years. Marketing enquiry data is retained for up to twenty-four months unless you request earlier deletion. Technical logs may be retained for shorter periods for security monitoring.

10. Security arrangements

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data we hold. These include access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), staff training on confidentiality, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to reduce risk through reasonable industry practices consistent with the PDPA.

11. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing such as marketing emails.
  • Request that we cease collecting, using, or disclosing your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore if you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with the PDPA.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to verify your identity. We will respond within thirty days unless an extension is permitted by law.

12. Children

Our services are designed for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us, contact us promptly so we can delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Material changes may be communicated via website notice or email where appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Notification will describe the nature of the incident, the categories of data involved, and the measures we are taking to mitigate harm. 16. Marketing communications
