Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how AI Earning Rush Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on aiearningrush.pro. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore where cookies involve personal data.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember preferences, maintain security, and understand how visitors interact with pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session storage, and pixel tags. On our site, we primarily use browser local storage to remember your cookie consent choice for six months.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies and similar technologies into the following categories:
- Essential cookies: Required for basic website operation, security, and form submission integrity. These cannot be disabled through our banner because the site would not function correctly without them. Essential storage may include session identifiers and CSRF-related protections where implemented by our hosting environment.
- Analytics cookies: Optional cookies that help us understand aggregate traffic patterns — such as which pages are visited most often and how users navigate between programmes and services content. Analytics data is used to improve site structure and curriculum discoverability. We only activate analytics cookies when you choose "Accept all" or enable analytics in "Customise".
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies on aiearningrush.pro.
3. Cookie banner and consent choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen with three options:
- Accept all: Enables essential and analytics technologies.
- Reject all: Stores a rejection preference and limits use to essential technologies only.
- Customise: Opens a panel where you can keep essential cookies (always on) and optionally enable analytics cookies.
Your selection is saved in local storage under the key associated with our site configuration. The preference expires after six months, after which the banner will appear again so you can review or change your choice. You may also clear stored preferences at any time through your browser settings.
4. Local storage details
Our consent mechanism stores a JSON object containing your choice (all, reject, or custom) and a timestamp. This is not shared with third parties. It exists solely to honour your privacy preference across return visits within the six-month window. Clearing site data in your browser will reset the banner.
5. Third-party cookies
If we embed third-party content in the future — such as video players or payment gateways — those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. As of 16 July 2026, our primary pages do not embed third-party marketing trackers. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers; your browser may transmit standard request headers. Review Google's privacy documentation if this concerns you.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect form functionality and navigation. Common browser help pages explain how to manage cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Mobile device users can adjust tracking settings in iOS or Android system preferences.
7. PDPA and your rights
Where cookie data constitutes personal data under the PDPA, you have rights to access and correct that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies by selecting "Reject all" or adjusting custom preferences. Essential cookies remain necessary for site operation.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology stack changes or when regulations evolve. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
