Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about our earning rush curriculum, AI tools training, and what we can — and cannot — promise.

Participant presenting a capstone AI income earning action plan to the cohort

Do you guarantee income, profit, or specific earning outcomes from your AI Earning Rush courses?

No. We teach structured AI-assisted income skills and methods for billable client work, pricing and professional delivery. Completion does not guarantee income, profit, or business results. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, not an investment product, not a trading service, not MLM, and not a recruitment agency. Our earning rush curriculum builds repeatable AI workflows and audit-ready output quality — vocational training only, with honest outcomes and no salary guarantees.

Which AI tools and workflows do your programmes cover?

Our enterprise module sequence focuses on generative AI for professional service delivery. You will practise prompt engineering for client briefs, AI automation for routine drafting and research, and output quality review across ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. We also cover repeatable processes for proposal writing, scope documentation and productivity automation. The emphasis is on earning workflow training — connecting AI capability to billable, client-ready outputs rather than experimental play.

Who are these earning skills programmes designed for?

Our cohorts serve working professionals, freelancers, consultants and team leads across Singapore who want structured guidance on billable AI-assisted work. Typical participants include marketing specialists, creative freelancers, operations managers, agency account leads and corporate enablement staff. You do not need a technical background, but you should be comfortable with client-facing or internal stakeholder communication and deadline-driven delivery.

What is the difference between programmes and services?

Programmes are structured multi-week modules with defined learning outcomes, assignments and cohort interaction — our core earning rush curriculum. Services are flexible formats such as one-to-one audits, team workshops, packaging labs and advisory retainers. Programmes build foundational capability; services accelerate implementation for individuals or organisations with specific workflow needs. Both teach practical AI skills applied to earning contexts, not guaranteed financial outcomes.

Are classes in person, online, or hybrid?

Most 2026 cohorts offer hybrid delivery. In-person sessions run from our National Design Centre studio on Middle Road, with live online participation for regional learners. Evening and weekend formats are available for selected modules. Corporate AI income training can be delivered on-site across Singapore or fully remote for distributed teams.

How much do programmes cost?

Indicative programme pricing ranges from S$425 to S$2,450 depending on module depth and format. Foundations starts around S$495; the full six-module pathway can be completed incrementally. We publish indicative SGD ranges on the programmes page — final pricing is confirmed at enrolment. We do not offer revenue-share agreements or profit-linked payment schemes.

How do I enrol in a 2026 cohort?

Submit a cohort registration enquiry via our contact form or email [email protected]. Our admissions team will confirm seat availability, recommended module sequence and payment instructions. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of signed terms and payment. Waitlists are maintained for full cohorts with notification when seats open.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refund eligibility depends on timing and programme format. Cancellations submitted more than fourteen days before the module start date may receive fee credit toward a future cohort unless your invoice states otherwise. Later cancellations may forfeit deposit portions. Corporate contracts follow the terms in your signed statement of work. Full details appear in our Terms of Service.

Do you offer payment plans?

Selected multi-module pathways may offer instalment schedules for individual learners, subject to approval and administrative fees. Corporate clients typically receive standard invoicing with NET-14 or NET-30 terms depending on engagement size. We do not offer income-contingent or profit-share payment models. All fees are quoted transparently in SGD before enrolment confirmation.

Is your training SkillsFuture claimable?

Unless explicitly stated on a programme listing or confirmed in writing at enrolment, our modules are not subsidised under SkillsFuture Credit or other government training grants. We publish indicative fees inclusive of materials where applicable so you can budget accurately. Corporate HR teams should consult their own L&D policies regarding reimbursement eligibility for external vocational courses.
